Documentation is priced per substance and per language. Storefronts are priced by catalogue size. Nothing here says contact us unless the scope genuinely cannot be known in advance — and where that is true, the page says so and gives you the floor.

Documentation

Additional language version: €149 per card, per language.

Why drafts discount steeply and reviewed cards do not. A draft is generated from one classification layer, so the fortieth costs barely more than the first, and we pass that on. A reviewed card costs a person’s time to read sixteen sections against the regulation, and that time does not compress. We would rather show you the mechanics than dress the discount curve up as generosity.

Audit

The fee comes back. The full audit fee is credited against any documentation order placed within sixty days. If the audit finds nothing, you have paid for a documented clean bill — which is a defensible thing to hold when somebody asks.

Labels

The sheet travels with the paperwork. The label travels on the drum — and that is what an inspector sees first.

These four figures are not published yet. They exist, but the currency in which they are quoted has not been settled, and a price we would have to restate is worse than a price we have not given. Ask us and you get them in writing.

The calculator

This is a catalogue price, not a quote. Before anything is invoiced we read your list against the register and tell you which substances the public evidence cannot support a defensible document for. Those come off the list — not into the invoice.

Two guarantees, both with their limits stated

The Gap Report Guarantee

If the available evidence cannot support a defensible document for your CAS number and product specification, we will not invent the missing values. You receive a documented gap report and choose: a refund, store credit, or the report on its own.

A visible gap is worth more than a plausible number, because the plausible number is the one that fails when somebody checks it.

The Re-issue Promise

If a signed card is rejected by an authority or by a customer’s compliance officer on one of the points we checked and reported as passed, we re-issue it corrected at no charge and credit the original fee.

This covers the checks we performed and named. It does not cover registration status, tonnage, or your role in the supply chain — those are not ours to hold, and a guarantee that pretended otherwise would be worth nothing.
