Your products. Your brand. Your domain. Your European customers.

From CAS numbers to European customers

You have the factory, the products and the list. What you do not have is the thing a European buyer needs before they will send you a purchase order: a catalogue they can search, read, verify and act on without asking you a single question first.

We build it. Up to a hundred products, on your domain, under your brand, with a scientific page for every substance and a safety data sheet behind every page.

You already have the catalogue. It is just in the wrong format.

Most chemical manufacturers we speak to are not missing products, prices or CAS numbers. They have all of it, in a spreadsheet they have been e-mailing to customers for years. What they are missing is the thing a European buyer needs before sending a purchase order: somewhere to read, check and act on that information without asking a single question first.

You do not need to rebuild your catalogue from scratch. Start with the file you already have.

What a buyer does today, and what they would do instead

Today

Your buyer opens the attachment, cannot verify a single value in it, and writes back with the same six questions your colleagues answer every week:

  • Do you have a safety data sheet for this?
  • Is the sheet written for the European Union?
  • What is the exact specification?
  • What is the classification?
  • Can you send the documents?
  • Who do I talk to about a quotation?

Every answer costs someone an hour. Some buyers do not wait for it.

After launch

Your buyer opens a page for that one substance and finds the answers before contacting anyone:

  • The safety data sheet, behind the page
  • Classification, with the entry it was read against
  • Specification, packaging and minimum order quantity
  • Every value with the source it came from
  • The label, generated from the same classification
  • An enquiry form that reaches your inbox

Your sales team receives a buyer who has already decided.

Where each party stands

Your factory

Sends one file. Keeps the products, the prices, the brand and the customer relationship. Nothing about how you sell has to change.

MolGod

Builds the record, the documentation and the catalogue. We never appear to your buyer, never hold your stock and never contact your customers.

Your European buyer

Finds the substance, checks a source, downloads what their compliance officer asked for, and sends an enquiry from the same screen.

What this is not. A catalogue does not make a company compliant, and we do not claim it does. Registration under REACH, the Only Representative role and importer of record stay exactly where they were before you sent us anything. What changes is that the information a buyer asks for is now somewhere they can reach it.

Send the spreadsheet you already have → XLS, XLSX or CSV. You get the inventory report the same working day, before anything is agreed.

“I could build a WooCommerce shop myself.”

You could. And then you would spend a quarter filling it, because the shop is not the work.

The work is that every product needs an identity resolved across the systems your buyer uses, physicochemical values with a source behind each one, a classification read against the binding harmonised entry rather than against whatever a database averaged, a transport entry that matches the form you actually ship, a safety data sheet in sixteen sections, and a label generated from the same classification so the two cannot disagree.

Do that by hand for a hundred products and it is a quarter of somebody’s year. Do it for four hundred and it is a department.

We do not write those documents. We generate them from one classification layer — the same engine that runs this site. Once the substance list exists, producing four hundred pages costs barely more than producing four. That is the entire trick, and it is why the calendar collapses from a quarter to a week.

Eight phases, one handover

Phase 1 — The list, and the verdict

You send the substances you intend to sell, as CAS numbers, in whatever file you already have. Within one working day you receive the inventory report: which entries carry a harmonised classification, which have public data too thin to support a defensible page, and which we would advise against listing at all.

This report has value even if you stop here — and some clients do stop here, having learned that eleven items on their list were going to cost them a customer relationship.

Phase 2 — The catalogue

Every substance becomes a product record: identity resolved across the systems a buyer checks, structure, physicochemical properties with the source and read-date behind each value, applications, and the commercial fields you supply — grade, purity, packaging, minimum order quantity, lead time.

Phase 3 — The science

The encyclopedic layer that separates a catalogue from a price list. What the substance is, what it does, where it is used, what is known about it, and where that knowledge came from. This is the part your buyer reads before deciding whether you are a serious supplier.

Phase 4 — The documentation

A safety data sheet behind every product: sixteen sections in REACH Annex II structure, classification read against CLP Annex VI where a harmonised entry exists. Generated from the same record as the page, so the two cannot drift apart.

Phase 5 — The regulatory layer

Inventory status per jurisdiction, restriction and authorisation status, candidate-list status, transport entry per mode. Where a status is not established, the page says so — it never says no restrictions apply.

Phase 6 — The storefront

Catalogue, categories, product pages, search by CAS number, enquiry, cart and checkout. Your logo, your colours, your tone, your prices, your terms. WooCommerce underneath, so your payment and shipping plugins simply work.

Phase 7 — Discovery

Structured product data, CAS-targeted page architecture, internal linking, metadata, and a machine-readable catalogue — so your products can be found by a search engine, by a procurement portal, and by the systems buyers increasingly use to shortlist suppliers before a human ever looks.

We do not promise a ranking. We build the architecture that makes one possible, and we will not pretend the difference does not exist.

Phase 8 — Handover

Live, on your hosting and your domain, with your administrator accounts, a full backup and its documented location, an exportable catalogue, a completed end-to-end test order, a written list of gaps and limitations, and a session where we show you how to add the next substance yourself without calling us.

Catalogue Pilot — 10 products, €299, credited in full against any tier if you continue.

Real output on your own substances, not a demonstration, and the inventory report tells you which of them the public evidence can actually support.

What the price covers, and what it does not

Read this before ordering, not afterwards. Suppliers who leave scope vague are not being generous.

Language

Every tier includes one language, chosen by you — normally the language of your first destination market. The architecture is multilingual from the first day, so adding a market later is a data operation rather than a rebuild. Each additional language version is a separate deliverable, priced per catalogue.

This is not a technicality. A compliant sheet is country-specific, not merely language-specific: section 8 has to carry the destination country’s own occupational exposure limits, and section 15 its national law. Translating a page is not the same thing as producing a version for another market, and we price them differently because they are different work.

Documentation level

Every tier includes working drafts — sixteen sections, generated, unsigned. Drafts are the right document for a catalogue: they let a buyer evaluate the product and let your compliance conversation start from something real.

Signed cards are not included in any tier. A signed card carries a competent person who has read it section by section, and that time does not compress with volume. Order them for the products where somebody will ask who stands behind the document — typically your top sellers and anything going to a regulated end use. €249.99 each, or in a pack.

Mixtures

We build pages and documentation for substances. For a mixture, classification rests on composition data and product knowledge that belongs inside your organisation, and the notification duty sits with an EU entity. We will audit a mixture sheet you already hold and document its components — we will not classify the mixture or issue its sheet, and you should be careful with anyone who offers to.

Judgement versus transcription

Of the sixteen sections, five require a competent person’s judgement rather than register transcription: first aid, firefighting, accidental release, handling and storage, and the specifics of personal protective equipment. The engine assembles the other eleven from the register. We say which is which, on every document, because a supplier who blurs that line is describing a product that does not exist.

Your brand, not ours

Your domain, your logo, your catalogue, your customer relationship. A Powered by MOL-GOD line in the footer is optional and takes 10% off any tier. Remove it and pay the full price. We would rather price the choice than argue about it.

Typed separately, these five artefacts drift apart within a year. Generated from one record, they cannot — and when the register changes, all five are flagged at once instead of four of them quietly going stale.
