Write in whichever language suits you. Documents are issued in the language your authority expects.
What to write about
The more precise the message, the shorter the road to a usable document. Any of these is a good opening line:
- A CAS number and a deadline. The fastest possible start — we tell you the same day what we can issue and when.
- A document that was rejected. Send the rejection notice with it; the reason given by the authority usually points straight at the missing section.
- A shipment that is already moving. Tell us the destination and mode of transport — road, sea or air change what the label must carry.
- A catalogue you need covered. Send the list of substances; we quote per card and give a schedule for the whole set.
- A laboratory drowning in spreadsheets. Describe how samples move through it today and we will tell you whether a LIMS is worth the disruption.
What happens after you write

We read what you sent. A human reads the attachment. If the CAS number resolves to a harmonised entry in CLP Annex VI, we say so in the first reply.

You get a straight answer. What we can issue, what we cannot, and where the data is thin. If a source is missing, we name the gap instead of filling it with a guess.

You decide what to order. A working draft for immediate use, or a signed card within 72 hours. Nothing is charged before you choose.
