Documentation lifecycle
A safety data sheet is correct on the day it is issued. Then an adaptation to technical progress amends the harmonised entry, a substance joins the candidate list, or the transport agreement moves to its next edition — and the document on your drum quietly stops being true.
Nobody writes to tell you. The first person who notices is usually your customer’s compliance officer, and by then the conversation is not about a revision.

What we watch
- Every adaptation to CLP, entry by entry, against your list
- REACH Annex XIV — the authorisation list, including sunset dates inside your planning horizon
- REACH Annex XVII — restrictions, including scope and concentration-limit changes to entries you already sit under
- The SVHC candidate list — new entries, and the supply-chain information duty each one triggers
- ADR — the two-year cycle, where it touches the transport entries your sheets declare
What arrives
An alert within five working days of publication, naming which of your substances is affected, what changed, and which of your documents that change retires. Not a newsletter about regulation in general — a list of your own products with a status against each.
A quarterly report on the whole list: what is current, what moved this quarter, what we expect to move next.
15% off re-issuing any document an alert touches, for ninety days from the alert.
A flag on the product page itself — where your storefront runs on MolGod, the affected record is marked for review in your admin, and the flag propagates to the page, the sheet and the label at once.

Cancel at any time; the current period runs to its end. Your list is yours — we export it on request in a format you can hand to anyone else.
Honest limits
We watch the register. We do not watch your business: a substance you started selling without telling us is not on the list, and no alert will mention it. Send us changes and they take effect the same week.
We monitor the sources named above and no others. Sector regimes — biocides, cosmetics, food contact, drug precursors — sit outside this service. Where an alert touches something we do not monitor, we say which direction to look rather than pretending the list is complete.
