Which product is right for you?

Alibaba is a marketplace. MolGod is your storefront.

Single substances. Mixtures on enquiry. One document, one language — additional languages are priced separately. Every version, including the Chinese one, is written to EU law — (EC) No 1907/2006 (REACH) Annex II and (EU) 2020/878 — and translated from it. The Chinese version is a reference translation, not a legally valid document for the Chinese market: an SDS for China must be compiled separately to GB/T 16483 and GB/T 17519.

One free audit per company. Send an editable file — PDF with a text layer, DOC, DOCX or TXT. You get a written finding within 14 calendar days.

MolGod.org supplies regulatory documentation for chemical substances — safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, print-ready CLP labels, compliance review and LIMS. We supply no chemical substances of any kind. The deliverable is always a document.

Prices are per substance for the two document products. Annual upkeep of a shop, including a refresh of documentation for up to 100 substances, is €1,499 per year.

One hundred product records, one language, one set of working drafts. Signed cards are priced separately — you need them for the substances that leave your organisation, not for all one hundred. Additional languages: write to us, priced per catalogue.

The supplier placing the substance or mixture on the market remains responsible for ensuring that the final safety data sheet matches the material, its identified uses and their legal role in the supply chain. We prepare the document; the legal role stays with the supplier.

Every value is cited, estimated or marked unavailable

MolGod does not treat every public database entry as equally reliable. Harmonised classifications are kept apart from industry notifications, measured properties from calculated descriptors, and verified entries from heuristic starting points. Where the evidence is insufficient, the gap stays visible rather than being filled with something plausible.

CLP Annex VI checked

Classification is read from the harmonised table (ATP23: 4,167 CAS numbers across 3,817 Annex VI index entries) before any other source is consulted.

Sources shown per field

The citation registry holds 71 canonical entries, 61 of them with a URL you can open yourself — ECHA, EPA, PubChem, OECD, NIST, IARC. See them on a live card →

Unconfirmed entries marked

A DOI we could not confirm is labelled unverified instead of being presented as settled. Sources without a stable public URL are omitted rather than cited blind.

Human review available

The Expert-Reviewed card is read section by section by a competent person under Annex II before it is signed and dated.

No fabricated-data guarantee. If the available evidence is insufficient to support a defensible document for your CAS number and product specification, we will not invent the missing values. You may choose a refund, store credit or a documented gap report.

What happens after checkout?

  1. Order confirmed

    You receive an order confirmation and a reference number by e-mail.

  2. Product details collected

    For an expert review we ask for your company details, product grade, intended use, destination country and transport mode. A working draft needs only your choice of language and the supplier details that go into section 1.3. It is sent as soon as your payment clears — instant with card, one to three working days with bank transfer.

  3. Document prepared

    Source records and regulatory entries are checked: harmonised classification, candidate-list status, restrictions and transport entries.

  4. PDF delivered

    The document arrives by e-mail with its version information and a list of anything we could not establish from the available evidence.

Before you buy anything: the free audit

Free SDS Audit — one sheet

€0 one audit per company

Send one safety data sheet you already hold and we read it against the regulatory sources field by field. Back comes what is missing, what contradicts itself and what is out of date, with the source for every point. If the sheet is sound we write that it is sound — a clean audit is a legitimate outcome and we have no interest in inventing defects.

All prices are in euro and exclude VAT where applicable. Send a document, not a picture of one. We can read a PDF with a text layer, DOC, DOCX or TXT. A JPG, a PNG, a BMP or a photograph of a printed page cannot be read automatically, because we do not run OCR — the audit compares text, so the text has to exist inside the file.

Not ready to commit to a full catalogue?

Catalogue Pilot — 10 products

€299 deducted from the full project if you continue

We configure ten product records, documentation drafts and label artwork before you commit to the complete hundred-product build. You see the real output on your own substances, not a demo, and you decide afterwards.

Start with a pilot

When is a catalogue project finished?

A project this size needs an agreed finishing line, so both sides know what has been delivered. A build is complete when all of the following are true:

  • 100 product records are live — or the number agreed after the gap review, if the evidence does not support all hundred;
  • search by CAS number returns the right record;
  • administrator accounts have been handed over to you;
  • a full backup has been taken and its location documented;
  • documentation is exportable from the shop;
  • a test checkout has been completed end to end;
  • you have received a written list of gaps and limitations;
  • a handover session has taken place.

The gap review matters more than the number. If the available evidence does not support a defensible document for a given substance, we say so before the build rather than shipping a file that will not survive an inspection.

Send us one sheet you already hold

We will read an existing safety data sheet and tell you what we find: outdated classifications, entries that disagree with CLP Annex VI, missing transport data, sections that no longer match the current Annex II layout. You receive a written report.

No charge, no account, no sales call. One audit per company. Send the document to pure@molgod.org or upload it on the audit page — a PDF with a text layer, DOC, DOCX or TXT. A photograph or a scan cannot be read automatically; we do not run OCR.

Questions people ask before they order

What is the difference between a working draft and an expert-reviewed safety data sheet?

A working draft is generated automatically against ECHA CLP Annex VI and the referenced datasets, delivered immediately and unsigned; it is intended for internal drafting. An expert-reviewed card is read section by section by a competent person under REACH Annex II, adapted to the named company, product grade and identified use, then signed and dated, and delivered within 72 hours of complete input.

What happens if the data for my substance is incomplete?

The gap stays visible. If the available evidence is insufficient to support a defensible document for that CAS number and product specification, MolGod does not invent the missing values; you may choose a refund, store credit or a documented gap report.

Can I test the service before ordering a full catalogue?

Yes. The Catalogue Pilot covers ten product records with documentation drafts and label artwork for €299, and that amount is deducted from the full project if you continue.

Does MolGod sell chemical substances?

No. MolGod.org supplies regulatory documentation only: safety data sheets, certificates of analysis, print-ready CLP labels, compliance review and LIMS. No chemical substance is stocked, sold or shipped.

Two guarantees, both with their limits stated

The Gap Report Guarantee

If the available evidence cannot support a defensible document for your CAS number and product specification, we will not invent the missing values. You receive a documented gap report and choose: a refund, store credit, or the report on its own.

A visible gap is worth more than a plausible number, because the plausible number is the one that fails when somebody checks it.

The Re-issue Promise

If a signed card is rejected by an authority or by a customer’s compliance officer on one of the points we checked and reported as passed, we re-issue it corrected at no charge and credit the original fee.

This covers the checks we performed and named. It does not cover registration status, tonnage, or your role in the supply chain — those are not ours to hold, and a guarantee that pretended otherwise would be worth nothing.
