1. What MolGod is
Every chemical that crosses an EU border travels with a file: the safety data sheet, the label, the classification, the transport entry, the certificate of analysis. When that file is wrong or missing, the consignment stops — and the substance inside it was never the problem.
MolGod exists to produce that file. Our catalogue is organised by CAS number because a document is prepared for one specific substance, and the CAS number is how that substance is identified. The item you buy is always a document. Naming a substance in our catalogue identifies the subject of a document; it is not an offer to supply the substance.
2. What we deliver
- SDS Working Draft — €49.99 per substance. A safety data sheet in the sixteen-section structure of REACH Annex II, generated automatically against ECHA CLP Annex VI and the reference datasets and delivered by e-mail as soon as generation completes. It is unsigned, carries a visible working-draft watermark, and supplier-specific fields are left for you to complete.
- Expert-Reviewed SDS — €249.99 per substance. Shown on product pages as the Expert-Reviewed SDS. Everything in the working draft, then read section by section by a competent person within the meaning of Annex II, adapted to your company, your product grade and your identified use, then signed and dated. Issued within 72 hours of our receiving complete input from you. Five rounds of corrections are included.
- Certificates of analysis. Batch documentation assembled from your analytical results. MolGod does not operate a laboratory and does not generate analytical measurements.
- Print-ready CLP labels. Label artwork generated from the same classification that drives the safety data sheet, so the two cannot drift apart.
- Regulatory compliance review. Your existing documentation read against the current register, with divergences reported per substance.
- Catalogue Pilot — €299. Ten product records with documentation drafts and label artwork. If you go on to a full catalogue build, this amount is deducted from the project price.
- LIMS and catalogue build — €2,999. Documentation and product pages for 100 substances on your own domain, hosting included; annual maintenance €1,499.
- Free SDS audit. Send us a safety data sheet you already use. We read all sixteen sections against REACH Annex II and CLP and reply with a written verdict. No charge, no account, no obligation.
3. What we do not deliver
This is the shortest section on the site and the most important one.
- No chemicals. We do not sell, supply, distribute, ship, store, broker or stock any chemical substance, mixture, reagent or sample — not in any quantity, not to any customer, not in any country. No substance ever changes hands.
- No laboratory results of our own. We do not run assays. Where analytical values appear in a certificate of analysis, they come from you or from a laboratory you appoint.
- No legal advice. Our documents are technical documents. They are not a legal opinion and do not replace advice from a qualified adviser in your jurisdiction.
- No chemical safety assessment and no registration dossier. We do not prepare REACH registration dossiers, chemical safety reports or exposure scenarios, and we do not act as anyone’s Only Representative.
- No transfer of your legal duties. Buying a document from us does not move your obligations under REACH or CLP onto us. Section 7 explains where responsibility sits.
4. The nature of the service
Everything we sell is digital and prepared to order. There is no physical shipment and no stock. A working draft is generated on receipt of payment; a reviewed document is prepared by a person and issued within 72 hours of complete input.
Documents are delivered by e-mail as PDF. You receive a licence to use the document for your own regulatory and commercial purposes, including passing it down your own supply chain. Because a document cannot be un-read once delivered, our Refund and Returns Policy sets out exactly when money comes back — including the case where the available evidence does not support a defensible sheet and we decline to invent the missing values.
5. How the documents are built
Classification is read first against ECHA CLP Annex VI harmonised classification, which outranks everything else. Physico-chemical and toxicological values are taken from public reference datasets, and each one carries a citation naming the source, so a reader can check the value at its origin rather than take our word for it. Structures are parsed, not assumed. Where the evidence does not support a value, the field is marked as unavailable instead of being filled in.
An Expert-Reviewed SDS is then read section by section by a qualified scientific reviewer with a degree in chemistry or a related scientific field, who signs and dates it. A fuller account of the method, including how to test it on a CAS number you already handle, is on Why MolGod.
6. Who this is for

7. Who is responsible for compliance
Under REACH and CLP the duty to supply a compliant safety data sheet rests on the supplier who places the substance or mixture on the market — the manufacturer, importer, downstream user or distributor. That is you, not us.
We prepare the document, we cite what it is built on, and we say plainly where the evidence stops. You remain the supplier named in subsection 1.3 of the sheet, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us about your product, its grade, its identified uses and its markets. This is set out in full in section 4 of our Terms and Conditions.
8. What we do not claim
- We are not a certification body, a notified body, an accreditation body or a public authority.
- We are not approved, authorised, endorsed or accredited by ECHA or by any regulator, and we do not describe our documents or our people as certified, licensed or accredited. In the European Union there is no formal certification scheme for the person who signs a safety data sheet, so no honest supplier can claim one. We state the qualification instead: a bachelor degree or higher in chemical or medical sciences.
- We are not affiliated with, partnered with, endorsed by or acting on behalf of any AI company, search engine, marketplace or platform, and we make no claim of any such relationship.
- We do not guarantee that a document will be accepted by a particular inspector, customs post or customer. We guarantee what it is built from, and we show you the sources so that you can check.
