Fully Working Chem Shop Based on MolGod.org – 100 Products, Hosting Included
A complete EU-compliant chemical store: 100 products, 100 SDS drafts, 100 print-ready labels, multiple languages, hosting included. SDS drafts in 7 days, full shop within 30 days of payment. Annual maintenance EUR 1,499 with refresh of up to 100 products.
A complete chemical shop, documented from A to Z
This is not a website project with chemistry bolted on afterwards. It is a working chemical store — catalogue, product pages, cart, checkout — delivered together with the regulatory documentation that makes selling those substances lawful in the European Union. One hundred products, each with its own safety data sheet, each with a print-ready label, on your domain and your hosting.
The demonstration is the site you are reading. Browse it, click it, put something in the cart. What you see is what you receive, with your substances and your branding.
What is included
The shop itself
- 100 products configured, categorised, priced and ready to sell.
- WooCommerce underneath — open and standard, so your payment gateway, courier integration and accounting plugins simply work.
- Hosting included for the first year, configured, secured and monitored. No separate hosting contract to negotiate while you are trying to launch.
- Your domain, your accounts, your keys. Nobody rents you access to your own catalogue.
- Search, filtering and a category tree built around how chemists actually look for substances — by CAS number first.
- Responsive design that holds up on a phone in a warehouse, not only on a designer’s monitor.
The documentation — one per product
- 100 safety data sheet drafts, sixteen sections in REACH Annex II structure, classification read against CLP Annex VI, every value carrying the source it came from.
- 100 print-ready labels generated from the same classification — GHS pictograms as vectors, signal word derived from the hazard classes present, precautionary statements selected rather than dumped, supplier block filled with your legal entity.
- Transport data per mode — section 14 completed for road, sea or air as your logistics actually require.
- A gap register: substances on your list whose public data is too thin to support an honest sheet, named openly on day one instead of quietly padded.
Languages
- Multiple language versions of the shop interface and of the documentation, in the languages your markets require.
- Documents issued in the language the destination authority expects — a sheet in the wrong language is a refusal ground on its own, regardless of how correct its content is.
- Labels laid out so each language block stays intact instead of reflowing into its neighbour.
Compliance — EU and Poland
- CLP Annex VI as the binding layer. Where a substance carries a harmonised classification, that entry is followed — not the consensus of whichever database answered first.
- REACH Annex II structure for every sheet, with subsections present rather than counted.
- Polish requirements handled alongside the European ones, including documentation language and the national reporting obligations that apply to substances placed on the Polish market.
- Under- and over-classification both reported. Declaring a hazard the register does not support restricts your product needlessly and undermines every other statement on the sheet.
Timeline
- 1
Drafts in 7 days. Within one week of your substance list you hold the SDS drafts — usable documents, not samples. You can start quoting customers before the shop is finished.
- 2
Full shop in 30 days from payment. Catalogue, documentation, labels, languages and hosting, live on your domain, with written instructions for adding the next substance yourself.
The clock starts when the substance list arrives. The build is fast because documents are generated rather than written by hand — what no engine compresses is deciding what you sell.
Price and ongoing terms
Build — €2,999
One payment. The complete shop, 100 products, 100 SDS drafts, 100 labels, language versions, EU and Polish compliance groundwork, and the first year of hosting.
Drafts in 7 days, full shop within 30 days of payment.
Subscription — €1,499 / year
Annual maintenance from the second year: hosting, updates, security, and backups kept where a restore is actually possible.
Includes refresh of up to 100 products — safety data sheets, labels and classification brought back in line with the register as it changes. CLP is amended regularly, and a document set that is not maintained decays silently.
Why the subscription matters more than it looks
A compliant documentation set is compliant on the day it is issued and begins decaying immediately. Successive ATPs to CLP add and tighten harmonised classifications; nothing in your filing cabinet announces that a sheet has been overtaken. It looks exactly as it did last year.
The annual refresh exists for that reason. It is not a support retainer for answering e-mail — it is the mechanism that keeps one hundred sheets and one hundred labels true as the register moves underneath them.
What we do not do
We build the shop and produce the documentation. We do not become your legal entity, your importer of record, or your only representative under REACH. Those roles stay with you — and any supplier offering to absorb them as part of a website package is selling something worth reading very carefully.
We also will not fill the catalogue with substances whose public data cannot support an honest sheet. If ten items on your list fall into that group, you will know in the first days, and the shop launches with ninety solid documents rather than a hundred of uneven quality.
Before you commit
Send us one safety data sheet you use today. The free audit reads it against REACH Annex II and CLP and tells you whether it would survive an inspection, quoting the wording that is wrong. It costs nothing, and it tells you more about how we work than any proposal document could.
What we need from you
One spreadsheet. That is the whole input on your side — and we would rather say it plainly than let you discover the scope halfway through a project.
A single file with five columns
- Substance name — whatever you call it internally is fine; we reconcile it with the official nomenclature.
- CAS number — the one identifier that matters. We verify each against its check digit before anything is built.
- Purity — the grade you sell (for example 99%, 99.9%, technical, reagent, USP).
- Pack size — weight or volume per unit, exactly as it leaves your warehouse.
- Price — per pack size, in the currency you sell in.
Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, an export from your ERP — any of them. It does not need to be tidy, consistent or deduplicated. We clean it.
And that is genuinely all
Everything after that spreadsheet is ours: classification research, all one hundred safety data sheets, all one hundred labels, product descriptions, categories, translations, hosting, configuration, security, the checkout, the legal pages, the tax setup and the launch. We do not send you a list of homework tasks each week, and we do not stop the project waiting for something you were never told you had to prepare.
- No chemistry work on your side. You do not need a regulatory officer to read our drafts. That is the point of buying them.
- No technical work on your side. No hosting to buy, no server to configure, no plugins to choose, no theme to pick.
- No copywriting on your side. Product descriptions are generated from the substance data and read like a chemist wrote them, because the data behind them is real.
- No project management on your side. You get the drafts in seven days and the shop in thirty. Between those two dates you can go back to running your business.
If a substance on your list turns out to have public data too thin to support an honest safety data sheet, we tell you in the first days and you decide whether to keep it in the catalogue. That is the only decision we will ask you to make during the build.
Ready when you are
Send the spreadsheet, get the shop
Attach your file to an e-mail and we take it from there. If you would like to see how we work before committing, send a single safety data sheet you use today and we will audit it free of charge.
